HOMEMADE TURNKEY TARTARE AND CEVICHE

Perfect for making tartare or ceviche, the tubed salmon for tartare is actually made up of pre-chopped cubes of Atlantic salmon—no sous-chef required. A single tube makes two tartare starters or one main. Now you can create one-of-a-kind tartare recipes with salmon, scallops, tuna, beef, or salmon duo in only four steps!

  1. 1. Unthaw the tube in cold water for 25 minutes.
  2. 2. Line up your favourite ingredients (including seasonings).
  3. 3. Open up the salmon tube, drain the cubes, then mix with your favourite ingredients.
  4. 4. Serve straight away or refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate. Eat up!
