Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the fennel with half the lemon juice, steak spices, and olive oil. Marinate for about 20 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, mix the two types of salmon together with the ground cherries, strawberries, tempura, chives, mayonnaise, and remaining lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. For a nice presentation, arrange a bed of marinated fennel on each plate and top with tartare.
