Directions

  1. Combine the tuna, apple, lime zest and juice together in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Mix together the mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, chives, and pepper in another bowl.
  3. Add mayonnaise to the tuna mixture and blend well.
  4. For a nice presentation, press the tartare into a round cookie cutter or a clean tin can opened at both ends. Accompany with radish microgreens and garnish with a thin slice of green apple and a few chives.
