Ripened a minimum of 35 days, OKA Classique has a bolder taste than OKA Original. The intense flavour rightly comes from the longer ripening process. For its part OKA Original stems from traditional craftsmanship.

OKA Original: This staple is easily recognized by its amber-hued washed rind. The subtle taste of melted butter makes it a cheese everybody loves.

OKA Mushrooms & Truffle: True model of sophistication, this cheese is speckled with mushrooms and hints of truffle.

OKA Swiss Style: The unique flavour of OKA with the finesse of Swiss cheese and its fruity aroma. It is easily recognized by the holes in the paste.
