• Place a sheet of seaweed on the bamboo mat.
• Spread a thin layer of rice on the seaweed.
• Layer your choice of ingredients horizontally across the rice.
• Use the bamboo mat to firmly roll the sushi together.
• Cut sushi roll into several slices with a sharp knife.
