The story of Les Charcutiers Pork Shop starts with Frédéric Daoust and Tommy Gosselin. In a fortunate twist of fate, the two ITHQ alumni met in 2012 while working at the same Montreal restaurant. In 2013, they quit their jobs and founded Les Charcutiers Pork Shop.
