A common love of the grill

Behind the Coup fumant project are two Quebec businessmen who are passionate about the art of smoking meat on the barbecue or smoker. This love of smoking is what led Sébastien Maillé, butcher and master sausage maker who has been supplying homemade sausages to several IGA stores across Quebec for the past 15 years, to Miguel St-Pierre, owner grocer of an IGA Extra for some 21 years

The co-founders decided to create a full range of products to make the smoking technique more accessible. And that’s why, thanks to a wide variety of products, barbecue lovers can now smoke meat or fish and enjoy the unique taste of this cooking method in just a few easy steps!
