Éphémère Sureau

Brewed using a balanced combination of the elder’s fruit and flowers, it offers an explosion of berry flavors along with subtle floral notes and hints of tropical fruit reminiscent of the Muscat’s powerful bouquet.

Seigneuriale

Originally, this beer was produced by the defunct Seigneuriale brewery in Boucherville. In order to perpetuate its name and its unique recipe, Unibroue decided to revive it in 2012. You’ll discover a fruity Belgian ale with notes of citrus, burnt sugar caramel and spices. A perfect match with game, washed-rind cheese, crème brûlée and dark chocolate.

Blanche de Chambly

Blanche de Chambly is very aromatic and highly refreshing. Citrusy but never bitter, this magnificently smooth ale is perfect with white fish or poultry. It also goes beautifully with buchette-type goat cheese, mussels, salads, and buttered asparagus. Blanche de Chambly is to beer what champagne is to wine. Blonde de Chambly

Noire de Chambly

Food pairing ideas:

With its champagne-like bubbles, spices, low bitterness, and slightly chocolaty finish, Noire de Chambly is much milder than its appearance suggests. It’s the perfect introduction to dark ales. Serve with firm washed-rind cheeses, coquilles St-Jacques, sushi, seafood, fish, semi-dark chocolate, or chocolate desserts.

This amber, coral-hued beer has a smooth, sweet, yet mildly robust taste. Raftman combines the character of malt whisky with the smooth flavors of yeast. It is delicious savored slowly and ideal with a barbecue.

Rich and lightly sweet, La Maudite is a great ale well worth savoring. Fire and brimstone red, this sumptuous brew is surprisingly well-balanced and smoothly caramelized.
