1. 1 kg (4 packages) cream cheese, at room temperature
2. 250 mL (1 cup) icing sugar
3. 225 g (1 package) white chocolate chips, melted
4. 5–10 mL (1–2 tsp.) green food colouring
5. 5 mL (1 tsp.) vanilla extract
6. 250 mL (1 cup) 35% cream

Toppings

1. 375 mL (1 ½ cups) green grapes, chopped
2. 30 mL (2 tbsp.) apricot jam, warmed up in the microwave
3. 15–30 mL (1–2 tbsp.) chopped pistachios
4. Fresh mint
