- Set aside 10 slices of peaches for garnishes.
- Place remaining peaches, maple syrup and lemon juice in a blender and purée.
- Place reserved peach slices in popsicle moulds.
- Pour fruit mixture and yogurt into moulds, alternating to create different layers. Gently stir with a popsicle stick to create a marbled effect.
- Insert a popsicle stick in centre of each mould. Freeze for at least 4 hours.

Fresh peaches can be replaced with canned or frozen peaches.
