- Mix banana and peanut butter until blended; spread onto 4 bread slices. Cover with remaining bread slices to make 4 sandwiches. Lightly press edges of sandwiches together to seal.
- Whisk eggs, milk and vanilla in pie plate until blended.
- Melt half the butter in large skillet on medium heat. Dip 2 sandwiches, 1 at a time, into egg mixture, turning to evenly moisten both sides of each sandwich with egg mixture. Add to skillet; cook 1-1/2 to 2 min. on each side or until sandwiches are golden brown on both sides. Repeat with remaining butter and sandwiches.
- Cut each sandwich into 4 sticks; sprinkle with sugar.
- Serve with maple syrup for dipping.
