- Combine flour, 5 eggs, almond flour and sugar.
- Whisk egg whites with a hand mixer, slowly adding icing sugar until the mixture becomes stiff. Fold into flour mixture. Preheat oven to 230 °C (445 °F). Slowly incorporate melted butter.
- Place dough on two baking sheets lined with parchment paper and bake 6 to 8 minutes. Remove baking sheets from the oven and let cakes cool for 2 minutes.
- Flip each cake over onto a tea towel sprinkled with flour. Gently peel off parchment paper. Wrap each cake in a tea towel and let cool.
- Unroll each cake and spread with half of the NUTELLA®. Roll cakes up again. Spread remaining NUTELLA® onto rolls and cut edges.
- Decorate as desired.
