Who doesn’t love a banana pudding? Now try it with NotMilk™ and be mind blown to see how it tastes and blends just like milk in this quick and easy vegan pudding!

1. Grind half of the banana with a fork in a bowl.
2. Add the chia seeds, coconut milk, NotMilk™, agave syrup and cinnamon powder.
3. Mix with the whisk and let it sit for 1 hour in the fridge.
4. Transfer the chia pudding into a glass cup and decorate with the coconut flakes and the other half of the banana sliced.
