- Preheat a lightly oiled waffle iron.
- Vigorously whisk mix and water. Add butter or oil and whisk until smooth.
- Pour about 1/2 cup (125 mL) in each cavity (or according to the manufacturer’s recommendations).
- Cook until golden brown.

- Blend all fruits in a blender for 1 minute.
- Add sugar and blend again for 1 minute.
- Strain the mixture through a fine strainer to remove the seeds from the fruit. Keep chilled until serving.
Chef secret : For savoury teeth, you can pair your waffle with small cubes of ham and Swiss cheese and top the waffle with Hollandaise sauce.
