To prepare this delicious recipe, 1 tsp of Nutella® per person is all you need!
- In a bowl, beat egg and sugar together, then add milk and mix. Sift the flour and baking powder into the bowl, then mix in olive oil. Add blueberries and gently fold into the mixture.
- Divide the mixture into individual muffin cups. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C (350 °F) for approximately 30 minutes.
- Remove muffins from the oven and cool. Using a piping bag, inject Nutella® into the centre of each muffin.
