1. 2 tubes (130 g x 2) "Sushi à la maison" cubed salmon duo
2. 6 strawberries, brunoise-cut
3. 15 mL (1 tbsp.) "Sushi à la maison" sesame mayonnaise
4. 15 mL (1 tbsp.) green onion, chopped
5. To taste, fleur de sel
6. To taste, olive oil

Salad

1. 15 mL (1 tbsp.) rice vinegar
2. 7.5 mL (1 ½ tsp.) maple syrup
3. 7.5 mL (1 ½ tsp.) olive oil
4. 500 mL (2 cups) Compliments Spring Mix lettuce
5. 1 apple, thinly sliced
6. 1 pear, thinly sliced
7. 60 mL (¼ cup) raisins
8. To taste fleur de sel

Topping

1. 80 mL (1/3 cup) your choice of mixed nuts
2. 15 mL (1 tbsp.) honey
3. 2–3 strawberries, sliced (optional)
