100 g Serrano ham (1 package)

Serrano and manchego

880 g manchego, cut into 2 cm (1 in.) thick slices
3 fresh figs, thinly sliced
1 sprig of fresh rosemary
To taste, smoked paprika

Serrano and Iberico

80 g Iberico cheese, cut into 2 cm (1 in.) thick slices
30 mL (2 tbsp.) quince spread
A few sprigs of fresh parsley
To taste, smoked paprika

Serrano and manchego

Place a thin slice of fig on a slice of manchego.
Roll up in a thin slice of Serrano ham (cut slice in half lengthwise if it’s too wide).
Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
Skewer with a toothpick.
Repeat until you have about 8 bites.

Serrano and Iberico

Place a little quince spread on a slice of Iberico cheese.
Roll up in a thin slice of Serrano ham (cut slice in half lengthwise if it’s too wide).
Garnish with a sprig of fresh parsley.
Skewer with a toothpick.
Repeat until you have about 8 bites.
Place bites on a serving platter and sprinkle with smoked paprika.
