1. 2 tubes (130 g each) Sushi à la maison Cubes of Beef for Tartare
2. 30 mL (2 tbsp.) sesame seeds
3. 15 mL (1 tbsp.) mayonnaise
4. 10 mL (2 tsp.) Dijon mustard
5. 5 mL (1 tsp.) sesame oil
6. 125 mL (1/2 cup) Parmesan slivers, coarsely crumbled
7. 8 fresh chive blades, chopped
8. 7 fresh mint leaves, chopped

GUACAMOLE

1. 2 ripe avocadoes, mashed
2. 7.5 mL (1/2 tbsp.) lime juice (approx. the juice from half a lime)
3. To taste, olive oil
4. To taste, sea salt
