Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 °C (400 °F).
  2. Wash potatoes before peeling or soak peels in water for 10 minutes.
  3. Drain, rinse and dry peels thoroughly using paper towels.
  4. Lay potato peels on a parchment-lined baking sheet, add seasoning and mix to coat evenly. Make sure not to overlap peels.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes.
  6. Serve with sour cream and green onions.
