- In a bowl, combine chicken pieces, buttermilk and spices.
- Let marinate for at least 2 hours, or up to 12.
- Preheat air fryer according to manufacturer instructions (195°C/380°F – Chicken).
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt and pepper.
- Coat chicken pieces in flour mixture.
- Place chicken pieces in the air fryer and spray lightly with oil (or PAM).
- Cook for 20–25 minutes or until fully cooked, turning halfway through cooking.
Serve immediately with your favourite dipping sauce.
