30 mL (2 tbsp.) tomato pesto
8 fresh basil leaves, chopped
18 Breton Bites crackers, original flavour
1can (85 g) smoked mussels
To taste, arugula microgreens

Mix together the sundried tomatoes, shallots, pesto, and basil in a bowl.
Spoon about 5 mL (1 tsp.) of the tomato-basil mixture onto each cracker, add a mussel on top, and garnish with microgreens.
