Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 230 °C (450 °F).
  2. In a small bowl, combine spices and set aside.
  3. In a skillet set over medium-high heat, heat oil and cook ground beef with onion, stirring occasionally. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink; then add spice mixture and mix well. Degrease skillet as required.
  4. Place pizza crust on a round baking sheet, spread sauce and top with ground meat, cheese, red bell peppers and dried oregano.
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes or until cheese melts and crust is golden brown.
  6. In the meantime, prepare the salad.
  7. Slice pizza and serve with salad.
