80 mL (1/3 cup) slivered almonds

Cook beans in a large saucepan of boiling salted water for 2 minutes, or until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and transfer to a large bowl.
Toss with oil, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with slivered almonds.
