- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Arrange half the chips on a large parchment-lined pizza pan or baking sheet.
- Top chips with half each of the sausages, mozzarella, feta, and tomatoes. Cover with another layer of chips and top with remaining half.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with green onions and drizzle with BBQ sauce before serving.
