1. 30 ml (2 tbsp) tahini (sesame butter)
2. 30 ml (2 tbsp) rice vinegar
3. 15 ml (1 tbsp) maple syrup
4. 15 ml (1 tbsp) soy sauce

6. 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh ginger, finely chopped
