- On a large cutting board, finely chop together the sliced meats, olives, lettuce, cheeses, grilled pepper and sun-dried tomatoes. Add the mayonnaise and oregano. Chop again to thoroughly combine the ingredients.
- On a work surface, cut the buns in half horizontally without going all the way through to the other side. Open them like a book and cover the insides with a small amount of mayonnaise. Top with the chopped mixture. Cut the sandwiches in half. Serve immediately.
