1. Place the ciabatta bread on a work surface. Cut into 3 equal pieces. Cut each piece in half to open.
2. Brush one side of each piece with mayonnaise. Add and brush the pesto on top.
3. On the other side of each piece of bread, brush the cranberry sauce.
4. Top each sandwich with turkey slices and Swiss cheese slices. Close.
5. Brush each panini (ciabatini) with soft butter on both outer sides.
6. In a non-stick skillet, heat and grill the paninis on both sides, 3 to 5 minutes or until they become crispy, and the cheese is melted.
7. Remove from skillet. Enjoy!

• For a crispy panini, don't forget to butter the bread on both sides, this will give it a nice colour, a more pronounced taste and a crispier texture.
