1 chicken tournedos cooked and finely sliced
4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 avocado cut into small cubes
1/4 t (60ml) of sour cream
1/4 t (60ml) coarsely chopped coriander leaves
1/2 c. (2.5ml) chili powder
Zest of half a lime

Directions

Using a hand blender, puree avocado, sour cream, coriander, chili and lime zest. Season and reserve in a pastry bag.
On a slice of grilled pain, place a few slices of tournedos and some asparagus.
Add the avocado puree using the pastry bag.
Sprinkle with bacon and watercress.
