1 tbsp (15 mL) cornstarch

Directions

Prepare gravy while turkey is resting, tented with foil, on a carving board. Pour off the excess oil in the roasting pan, leaving the brown drippings. Set the roasting pan over medium heat.
Whisk the chicken broth with the cornstarch and pour into pan, stirring.
Bring to a boil; cook, stirring for about 5 minutes, or until thickened and pan bits have mixed with the broth.
Strain into a gravy boat; keep warm.
