1. 250 g 1/2 lb ground veal
2. 2 cloves garlic, chopped (1 1/2 for the filling, 1/2 for the sauce)
3. 1 red onion (1/2 finely chopped, 1/2 thinly sliced)
4. 60 mL 1/4 cup crumbled feta
5. 30 mL 2 tbsp. lemon juice
6. 15 mL 1 tbsp. lemon zest
7. To taste fresh, finely chopped herbs (mint, oregano, basil)

Sauce

1. 80 mL 1/3 cup hummus, store-bought
2. 45 mL 3 tbsp. sour cream
3. 1/2 mini cucumber, compressed and strained

Toppings

1. 2 pieces pita bread
2. 1 tomato, sliced
3. 3 mini cucumbers, julienned
4. To taste mixed lettuce
