On a work surface, place the chicken into an airtight bag. Using a meat tenderizer (or another blunt object like a frying pan or a wine bottle😊), flatten the chicken. Place the chicken in a bowl. Add the buttermilk and spices. Marinate for 10–15 minutes.
Put the flour, egg, and Rice Krispies into three separate bowls. Let the excess buttermilk drip off, and then coat the chicken in the flour, followed by the egg and the Rice Krispies. Set aside.
Fry the chicken in a pan with hot oil for 4–5 minutes on each side (or until perfectly golden).
In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the dressing.
Place the lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, cucumber, and green onions on a plate, then top with your desired amount of dressing. Serve with the crispy chicken breasts.
