Directions

  1. In a food processor, finely chop the cilantro, green onions, chili pepper, lime juice, oil, and cumin. Salt and pepper.
  2. In the slow cooker, place the pork pieces and coat them with the cilantro mixture. Add broth.
  3. Cover and cook at low temperature for 8 hours. You can then keep warm for up to 8 hours.
  4. Remove meat and drippings from slow cooker. Shred the meat, making sure to remove the fat. Adjust seasoning. Put back in the slow cooker or in a presentation dish with a little of the cooking juices
  5. Place the meat in the center of the table with the accompaniments and garnishes.
