- Preheat oven to 190 °C (375 °F). Line the bottom of a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Place the baguette on a work surface. Using a sharp knife, cut it through the centre while being careful not to break it. Carefully remove a strip of crust and crumb to create a cavity for the filling.
- Put the baguette on the baking sheet. Brush the inside of the baguette with the melted garlic butter. Add the provolone slices on the bottom. Then layer on the prosciutto bouquets and mozzarella broken up into small pieces to fill the baguette cavity you carved in the baguette.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes.
- Set the oven to broil for 2 to 3 minutes and melt the cheese until golden brown.
- Remove from oven. Sprinkle on fresh basil to taste. Cut into sections. Enjoy!
