Coleslaw
1. In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. If possible, let marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to let the cabbage soften.
Burgers
2. Preheat the grill, setting the burners to high. Oil the grate.
3. In another bowl, combine the meat with the barbecue sauce. Season with salt and pepper. With your hands, shape the meat mixture into 4 patties. Place on a plate. Lightly oil the patties.
4. Grill the patties for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Toast the hamburger buns.
5. Cover the inside of the buns with mayonnaise. Place the bacon on the bun bottoms. Top with the patties, coleslaw and a few chips. Close with the bun tops. Serve with the remaining coleslaw, more barbecue sauce and chips.
