Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, marinate sliced chicken or beef with one jar of Al'Fez Shawarma marinade. Keep in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
  2. In a frying pan heat 2 tbsp olive oil and cook the marinated chicken/beef on high heat till the cooked. (7-10 min depending on thickness)
  3. Top tortilla wrap with some salad leaves, then the cooked chicken/beef, top with sliced peppers and onions, drizzle some harissa mayo and/or tahini sauce to taste. Fold to make a wrap. (1 min)

Tahini Sauce:

  1. Add Al'Fez Natural Tahini, Water, Lemon Juice, Garlic, and Salt in a small bowl and whisk together until combined

Harissa Mayonnaise:

  1. In a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp of Al'Fez Harissa Paste and a cup of mayonnaise and mix well to make Harissa spiced mayonnaise.
