Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except beef in a large re-sealable freezer bag.
  2. Prick medallions with fork in several places and add to bag. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  3. Grill on the barbecue over medium-high heat for 6 to 7 minutes per side for perfectly tender meat.
  4. Serve beef medallions with vegetables grilled in a foil packet.
