  1. Cut Kaiser rolls in half.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, sundried tomatoes, vinegar, and herbs.
  3. Brush rolls with mayo mixture and fill with lettuce, shaved ham, sliced tomato, and cheese. 

Chef’s secret

For a delicious grilled panini-style sandwich, remove lettuce and grill Kaiser rolls in a pan or panini grill.
Switch out smoked Black Forest ham for another flavour of ham or poultry.
