Ingredients

1 package (450 g) extra firm tofu, drained and cubed
22.5 mL (1 1/2 tbsp.) cornstarch
15 mL (1 tbsp.) canola oil
To taste pepper
1 package (500 g) frozen Asian-style vegetables
125 mL (1/2 cup) gluten-free orange sauce
15 mL (1 tbsp.) tamari sauce
5 mL (1 tsp.) sriracha
1 package (300 g) rice vermicelli

Directions

In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
Roll tofu cubes in cornstarch to coat.
In a skillet, heat oil and sauté tofu cubes for 2 to 3 minutes until lightly browned. Remove tofu from skillet. Set aside.
Add Asian vegetables to skillet and cook for 5 minutes or until heated through.
Meanwhile, combine orange sauce, tamari sauce and sriracha to make the sauce. Set aside.
Cook rice vermicelli in boiling water for 3 minutes.
Combine tofu, vegetables, sauce and rice vermicelli.
