Flavoured sour cream

1. 175 mL (¾ cup) sour cream
2. 60 mL (¼ cup) dill, chopped
3. 30 ml (2 tbsp.) green onions, finely chopped
4. 7 mL (1½ tsp.) lemon juice
5. To taste, salt and freshly ground pepper

Smoked salmon

1. 240 g (8 oz.) smoked salmon
2. 1 container microgreens of choice (optional)
