- Heat pieces of pear in a saucepan until softened.
- Add water a little at a time and use a hand mixer to purée pears until smooth.
- Cover entire surface of the smoked salmon with cream cheese. Top with microgreens. Starting at the edge, roll salmon into a spiral.
- Cut into 3 or 4 bite-sized rounds.
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 with each slice of smoked salmon.
- Serve with a bit of pear purée.
*Variation: Choose another juicy and sweet pear variety like the Barlett or Comice.
