In a large non-stick skillet set over medium-high heat, brown drumsticks in oil for about 5 to 8 minutes, cooking on all sides.
Add sauce to skillet and mix well; then reduce heat to medium and cover. Simmer for 5 minutes. Flip drumsticks, re-cover and cook for another 5 minutes or until internal meat temperature reaches 74 °C (165 °F).
In the meantime, cook broccoli and rice according to package directions.
Sprinkle drumsticks with sesame seeds and serve with broccoli and rice.
