1. 3 ripe mangoes
2. 1/2 red pepper
3. 2 green onions
4. 30 ml (2 tbsp.) Compliments olive oil
5. 1 lime's juice
6. 60 ml (1/4 cup) fresh cilantro
7. To taste, Black pepper
8. To taste, Hot pepper sauce

Avocado Salsa

1. 2 firm avocados
2. 1 red tomato, diced
3. 30 ml (2 tbsp.) Compliments olive oil
4. 2 lime's juice
5. 60 ml (1/4 cup) fresh parsley
6. 1 shallot
7. To taste, Black pepper
8. To taste, Hot pepper sauce

Tomato salsa

1. 125 ml (1/2 cup) pineapple, diced
2. 60 ml (1/4 cup) fresh cilantro, chopped
3. 1 small jar store-bought tomato salsa (430 ml)
