- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Divide fondue meat into three groups. For each version, place a cube of cheese in the centre of each meat slice and wrap wapiti around cheese to seal.
- Thread the garnish onto each skewer, followed by the stuffed meat. Coat with suggested coating and place skewers on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, or until meat is cooked. Place on a serving plate and serve hot.
