1. Preheat oven to 190 °C (375 °F).
2. In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce and Dijon mustard.
3. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and lay pizza crusts on top.
4. Spread sauce over crusts. Top with half the smoked meat, then cheese, followed by remaining smoked meat and pickles.
5. Bake for approximately 12 minutes or until crusts are lightly browned and cheese is melted.
6. Serve with coleslaw on the side.
