- Cook Blue DragonTM Medium Egg Noodles as per package directions.
- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Season sirloin with salt and pepper. Sear meat for 2 to 3 minutes until browned on the outside but pink on the inside. Set aside.
- Add garlic, onion, celery and julienned carrot and sauté for 2 minutes. Add red and green bell peppers and sauté for another 2 to 3 minutes, or until vegetables are cooked but still crunchy.
