Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F;
  2. Cut the toast in half, stuff with jam and boursin® Cranberry & Pepper;
  3. Add rubber bands all around the roast;
  4. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 74°C;
  5. Halfway through cooking, brush with butter. Return to the oven;
  6. If necessary, finish cooking with broiling to obtain a nice golden brown roast;
  7. Serve without the string and slice the roast.

For the sauce:

  1. In a pot, melt the boursin® Cranberry & Pepper cheese in the milk;
  2. Add cornstarch, chives and garlic;
  3. Bring to a boil and let thicken for about 5 minutes;
  4. Add milk if necessary to obtain a more liquid texture;
  5. Serve on sliced turkey.
