Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Combine pears and dried cranberries with orange juice and spices.
  3. Place in a lightly greased baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients, except butter.
  5. Cream butter and mix with dry ingredients.
  6. Spread this mixture over the fruit.
  7. Bake about 30 minutes.
  8. Serve warm with pear slice garnishes.
