- Whisk the eggs, milk, and orange zest in a bowl. Add the salmon, leeks, cheese, and chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Divide the egg mixture evenly between the muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing them from the pan.
