Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 190 °C (375 °F).
  2. Add a layer of sauce to the bottom of a 33 cm x 23 cm (13 in x 9 in) baking dish. Add frozen manicotti and cover with remaining sauce. Cover with Parmesan and top with mozzarella cheese.
  3. Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes. Remove foil and cook on broil for 3 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
  4. Serve with a green salad drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
