- Combine chopped fruit.
- Melt chocolate, cream and butter with cream in a double boiler or in a microwave oven until mixture is smooth.
- Divide this chocolate mixture among 4 oven-proof bowls. Add fruit, crème anglaise and brown sugar.
- Place bowls on a baking sheet and broil under oven grill for 5 to 8 minutes.
- Garnish with a sprinkling of grated chocolate and serve immediately.
Variation : For a lighter version, replace the 35% M.F. cream with 15% M.F. Country style cream.
